Staff was very friendly. Walking distance from narita station (~3 min) They have free shuttle bus to and from the airport (earliest is at 7am) that takes around 20-30 min Comfortable rooms, albeit outdated, but with enough space

Budget friendly option at the heart of Chiba
Only 2-3 minutes from JR Narita Station's West Exit, no hassle at all even with luggage. Service staff were friendly and spoke English readily. Had my doubts since the hotel was evidently quite old, but everything was very well-maintained and above all, clean. Plently of space in the room as well. All in all, pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my stay.
Soundproofing could be better, but quiet hours were obeyed, so it wasn't much of an issue.
